How to Get My Husband on My Side

In the original lines of the novel, I was a villainess—used as a political tool by my father and older brother—who ended up dying at the hands of my future husband.

To save his kingdom, my father desperately begged my fifth groom to take my hand in marriage. The problem is that the man I’m supposed to marry, the legendary knight of the North, is the same man who will end up murdering me and my entire family.

I have to find a way to survive.

Within the novel itself, there are many daunting challenges ahead of me: I have to find a way to save my husband’s little sister, win over my cold-hearted husband, and gain the support of the people of the North, all of whom currently despise me.

“I’m in love with you!”

So please, don’t kill me!

  1. Hum, you wrote “to save my sister-in-law to kill” at the end and I see to guess you wanted to say “to save my sister-in-law from death/murder/assassination”, maybe?
This the first time I am doing this and I have 0 confidence at all.
I am currently reading the comic and it isn’t just awesome ? –
Well I wish I could say that. The setting for the mc is perfect her background is well presented and included in her behavior, nice ?.
I mean, they have their own circonstances and it feels good to see how the sister view mc, it’s comforting, and ml isn’t… i mean, he is the classic “murderous cold” (at least his glare) but he is still not… actively~ hostile(?) well he isn’t physically or verbally (not “unjustly”)
But the real issue I have with them is : THE PLOT
I am sorry I just can’t say it without spoiling way too much but this thing about them is a part of the plot (remember this is essentially a romance+family+psychological story)
It is needed, it is meant to be there, BUT I HATE IT
but thanks god ? this is a happy ending (I think) so… yeah ?
    ENJOY ? ?
    P. S. : friendly reminder that the novel and comic might be slightly different
    Ok bye ?

    1. “and i guess*”
      Sorry I made a mistake
And I think I should have written “backstory” than “background”

    2. You’re right. Thanks for catching that! ^-^
Between the novel and the manhwa, I decided to read the manhwa because I just couldn’t resist the pretty artwork. Heehee.

P.S. Someone thought I was translating this story, but just to clarify I am only writing brief recaps to remind myself of the plot. I don’t know any Korean, so I wouldn’t be able to translate this even if I wanted to. 🙁
