I am in dire need of a break from translating. So I will be stepping away from my website from now until 9/8/2023 (tentatively).
My patreon page will be on pause from 8/8/2023 – 9/7/2023. (The patreon website pauses the billing cycle in one-month increments at a time.) This will give readers some time to sign up for patreon before 8/8/2023 if they decide to do so. Once my patreon page is paused, it cannot accept new patrons, but existing patrons should be able to move freely up and down the levels. (Patreon will charge you the difference if you’re moving up in level, and if you’re moving down in level then you should be able to keep your current perks until your next renewal date.) You can refer to this patreon FAQ page for more details about paused billing.
For current patreon members, if your next renewal date is between 8/8/2023 – 9/7/2023 you will not be charged. (Most of my current patrons are still charged on the 1st of the month. This means you will not be charged on 9/1/2023. Your next payment date will be pushed to 10/1/2023.)
From now until 8/8/2023, I will try to translate as much ARTOW as possible for my patreon page. I’m hoping to build the levels some more before officially stepping away for a break.
I will not be checking messages or comments on my patreon page or website while I’m away, so please don’t be offended if I don’t reply to your inquiry during this time.
Thank you for your understanding and patience,
-Vanilla Muse, your tired hobbyist translator (っ,-)
it is alright. you can take your time. you hope you are well and healthy. I’m looking forward to your return <3
Enjoy your break from translating and ty for all you’ve done thus far. See you when you return.
Enjoy your break, translator! Take as much time you need and get the rest you deserve. We get that this is just a hobby of yours, so don’t worry and take the rest you need. Giving you lots of love ( ˘ ³˘)♥
Have a good break~~
I hope you’ll feel better after the rest.
If it becomes too much, a hobby that’s lost it’s carefreeness and fun, I’d say bringing it back down to the basics and taking away whatever is the biggest cause of pressure so you’ll enjoy it again.
A hobby should bring joy and relaxation, I hope it will bring happiness again.
Sincerely,
Long-time reader Marthe
